Intlvac Named Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce Large Business of the Year
In October 2017, Intlvac was honoured with the Large Business of the Year award presented by the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce. President, Dino Deligiannis, and a number of Intlvac staff enjoyed the festivities at the awards gala. We are humbled and proud to receive this recognition.
When asked what defines ‘Success’ for Intlvac, the answer is to continue developing and delivering leading edge technology to the science, industry and educational communities around the world and while doing that create and maintain a challenging and inspired work environment for its valued employees. And Intlvac has achieved that and continues to grow in excellence.
Intlvac’s current growth trajectory can be traced back to the founder’s vision to build machinery with a high degree of Intellectual Property. The IP that the company has developed has come through the direction of the founder and a dedication to R&D has provided Intlvac with a competitive advantage against the best in class. The recent addition of a specialized research scientist has brought our research and development to the next level.
Through ongoing and consistent trade show participation and mission trips to different countries in order to nurture new relationships, Intlvac has been able to expand and sell into countries all over the globe including Mexico, Brazil, Bulgaria, New Zealand, Israel, Thailand, China and more.
Customer Service really sets us apart. Not only do we provide professional on-site installation and service of our systems, but we also provide ongoing service and support through the life cycle of our products. We have technology to remotely troubleshoot machines enabling our specialists to quickly provide support via the Internet to anyone around the world. Here at home we have a service van and a certified service facility to provide the kind of exceptional support our customers have grown to expect.
The culture at Intlvac is really unparalleled. If you speak to the staff you’ll learn that the work is rewarding, pay is more than competitive, employee input is encouraged, leadership is decisive yet fair and the facility is comfortable. In addition, the community has always been a priority for Intlvac. We hire co-op students annually with up to 1/3 coming from local residents and we sponsor industry and business related events in our community.
Thank you to the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce and to the community for recognizing Intlvac as The Large Business of the Year.
