Included in delivery: Valve block (with an inlet valve, venting valve, bypass or purging valve) plus right-angle bellows valve DN 25 ISO-KF made of stainless steel, solenoid drives, suited for remote control by the PHOENIX.
The Partial Flow System comes with the following advantages:
- Faster response
- Start of measurement mode already ad 1000 mbar inlet pressure
- Faster venting of large test objects or leak detection of mass production
