Turbovac Frequency Converter Service Scope of Work
- Expert evaluation, inspection, troubleshooting, and diagnosis
- Board-level repair or circuit board replacement, if necessary
- Test of output relays and interface circuitry
- Unit calibration for proper drive frequency, voltage and current
- Expert reassembly
- Speed and operational testing to the same stringent standards as new pumps
- Relabeling
- Return with a 12-month OEM warranty
Exclusions
- Items not covered in the Standard Scope of Work include transformers, unrepairable boards, cables, separate power supplies, attached accessories, and missing parts.
- Obsolete frequency converters (e.g. NT50, NT120, NT151/361, older NT1000 and NT1500) will be evaluated and quoted on a time and material basis due to potential component obsolescence.
